On Mission Foundation (OMF) is dedicated to facilitating charitable donations and supporting impactful fundraising campaigns. As a charitable organization, OMF does not engage in the sale or shipment of physical goods. This policy outlines our procedures for handling donations, issuing tax exemption certificates, providing feedback reports, and managing any materials distributed as part of our donor engagement efforts

1.Donations and Receipts

Donation Confirmation:

• Upon successful completion of a donation, donors will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided. This email serves as an acknowledgment of the donation and may include a receipt for tax purposes.

Tax Exemption Certificates:

• OMF aims to provide tax exemption certificates to eligible donors within a reasonable time frame. These certificates are sent electronically and are based on the information provided at the time of donation.
  
• If you have not received your certificate within 30 days of your donation, please contact us at support@onmissionfoundation.org.

Feedback Reports:

• Donors may receive feedback reports on the impact of their donations within reasonable time limits. These reports are designed to provide insights into how donations are utilized and the outcomes achieved.

2.Indemnification:

• While OMF strives to ensure timely delivery of tax exemption certificates and feedback reports, we rely on the compliance of the NGOs we support. In cases of non-compliance, OMF will take necessary actions, including potentially removing the non-compliant NGO from our platform. However, OMF is indemnified by donors against any liabilities arising from such non-compliance.
  

Distribution of  Information Materials

Digital Materials:

• Most informational materials are provided digitally and can be accessed through our website or via email.

Physical Materials:

• Occasionally, OMF may send physical materials, such as thank-you gifts or promotional items. The following conditions apply:
  
• Shipping Method: Standard postal services unless specified otherwise.
• Delivery Time: Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
• Shipping Costs: OMF covers the shipping costs for any materials sent as part of our donor engagement efforts.
  

Special cases and Clarifications

Non-Delivery Issues:

• If you do not receive your tax exemption certificate, feedback report, or any expected materials, please check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, contact us at support@omf.org.
