When you choose to make a 'monthly giving' donation, your card will be charged every 30 days. For instance, if you make your initial donation on the 20th of the month, the following donation will occur 30 days later, and this cycle will continue.

At OMF, we prioritize stringent standards for credit card security to ensure the utmost protection for the information you provide when making a donation. It's important to note that we do not retain any payment information on our servers. Your security is our top priority.

You have the option to visit the communities benefiting from your support. However, it's worth noting that NGOs typically don't facilitate direct visits to specific beneficiaries supported by donors, as it can sometimes create uncomfortable situations for the individuals receiving assistance.

If you still need to cancel your giving program, please log in to OMF, navigate to the 'Donations' section on your profile, and click on 'Cancel Subscription' for the respective program. The standard transaction amount for donations via net banking or credit/debit cards is Rs 250. However, if you wish to contribute an amount below Rs 250, you can customize the donation as per your preference using PayTM or UPI. This gives you flexibility in supporting causes according to your desired contribution.

Indian citizens can receive an 80G tax exemption certificate for donations made to campaigns labeled with 'Tax Benefits'. OMF can assist in issuing the 80G certificate if your PAN card details are provided. After a successful donation, the 80G claim link will be sent to your registered email address. It's important to note that not all fundraisers provide tax benefits, so it's advisable to verify the tax-saving eligibility before making a donation.

At OMF, we meticulously scrutinize each campaign on our platform through a thorough due diligence process. This involves verifying the identity of the campaigner using legal documents and performing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Additionally, we cross-reference information with hospital estimates, medical documents, and verify the authenticity of the individuals seeking support. Our commitment is to ensure the legitimacy of every cause and campaign featured on our platform.

We understand your concerns regarding fund utilization, and we want to assure you that we have a robust process in place for fund transfers. Donations are securely collected in a virtual account, and when a campaigner requests a fund transfer, we ensure it goes directly to the hospital's account for medical causes or to verified accounts for NGO causes. To enhance transparency, campaigners are encouraged to provide updates on their fundraiser page. Our team actively follows up with them to ensure regular and timely updates. You can find these updates on the fundraiser page and will also receive them in your registered email, keeping you informed about the impact of your contribution.

On OMF, many fundraisers are geared towards medical emergencies, making it crucial for donors to confirm their contributions before proceeding with payments. In order to safeguard the funds for those in need, we generally discourage refund requests. However, understanding the importance of a secure environment for our donors, we are open to addressing issues and considering refunds in specific circumstances. Our aim is to strike a balance between supporting those in need and ensuring a reliable experience for our donors. Please note that all decisions regarding refund requests are made after internal discussions and assessments, with the final decision resting with OMF.

At OMF, every fundraiser undergoes a thorough due diligence process to ensure the authenticity of the cause. If your fundraiser was rejected, it might be due to various reasons such as incorrect document submission (identity details, reports, invoices, etc.), tampering with medical and KYC documents, insufficient information about fund utilization, inaccurate or incomplete details in your fundraiser story, promotion of hate speech or violence, inclusion of excessive nudity, gore, or other graphic content in multimedia, or the fundraiser having political undertones.If you believe your fundraiser adheres to our terms and was mistakenly rejected, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@onmissionfoundation.org to request a review. We're here to assist you.

Including images in your fundraiser is crucial as they play a key role in helping donors connect with your cause. Visuals showcase the individuals or situation your fundraiser is supporting, creating a sense of urgency for assistance. We strongly encourage using at least one image on your fundraiser, as campaigns without visuals may not attract the attention of the thousands of donors who visit our platform daily. Images serve as a powerful tool to convey the impact of your cause and enhance engagement.

For medical fundraisers, the funds are directly transferred to the hospital, ensuring they go directly to the medical cause. In the case of NGO fundraisers, the funds are transferred into the account of the respective NGO, ensuring transparent and secure transactions that support the intended cause.

After your request is approved, the transfer of funds usually takes 1-3 working days. However, for FCRA Registered NGOs collecting foreign funds, the transfer may take 5-7 working days after the request has been submitted. This ensures a smooth and timely process for both local and international transactions.
