At On Mission Foundation (OMF), we value transparency and fairness in handling donations. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be straightforward, ensuring that donors have clear guidance on how their contributions are managed.

1.General Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Donations:

• Donations: Contributions made on OMF are considered final and non-refundable. They are utilized promptly to support designated causes and campaigns.
  
• Tips: Tips provided at the time of donation are also non-refundable.
  

Refund Exceptions:

• In certain cases, such as duplicate transactions or payment errors, OMF may consider a refund request. These requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
  

2.Refund Process

Refund Request Submission:

• To request a refund, donors should contact OMF via email at support@onmissionfoundation.org with the donation details, including the date, amount, and reason for the request.
  

Evaluation of Requests:

• OMF will review the refund request within 5 business days. If additional information is required, OMF may contact the donor for further clarification.
  

Refund Decision:

• OMF will notify the donor of the decision via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  

3.Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Donations:

• Donations, once made, cannot be canceled as they are immediately used to support the intended cause or campaign.
  

Monthly Donations:

• Stopping Monthly Donations: We’re sorry to hear that you're considering canceling your monthly giving. If you still wish to proceed, please log in to your OMF account, navigate to the 'Donations' section in your profile, and click 'Cancel Subscription' for the respective program. Rest assured, we'll send you an email to confirm the cancellation. For any assistance with canceling, upgrading, or downgrading your donation, please contact us at support@onmissionfoundation.org.
  
• Addressing Concerns: If there’s anything we can do to address your concerns and potentially change your decision, please let us know. Your ongoing support is invaluable to us.
  

Campaign Cancellation:

• If a campaign is canceled by OMF or the campaigner, any unused funds will be redirected to other ongoing campaigns or causes. Donors will be notified of such changes, and refunds will not be provided.
  

4.Amendments to the Policy

Policy Updates:

• OMF reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Donors are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
  

Notification of Changes:
