We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join OMF as a  Manager Campaign This remote position involves working closely with nonprofits, beneficiaries, and internal teams to ensure the success of fundraising campaigns across different themes such as medical, education, and social causes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and nurture leads for fundraisers, providing consistent support from initiation to closure.
• Communicate effectively with hospitals, educational institutions, and other entities to verify incoming leads and authenticate fundraising needs.
• Manage key accounts, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strive to achieve set targets, enhance conversion rates, and take ownership of a pool of fundraisers.
• Advocate for fundraisers by highlighting necessary product modifications.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on key accounts, numbers, learnings, and progress.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Client Servicing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communication.
• Ability to engage stakeholders effectively and convert them into long-term partners.
• Solution-oriented approach to address challenges and provide an unparalleled fundraising experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Focus on growth, scale, and disciplined adherence to timelines and result parameters.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks without compromising on the quality of delivery.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Tamil.
