Responsibilities:

As a Brand Manager at On Mission Foundation (OMF), your responsibilities will be central to shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that deeply resonate with OMF's mission. Your role involves meticulous management of the brand and budgets to ensure optimal alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Specifically:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to OMF's mission, ensuring it effectively communicates the organization's values and goals.
  • Investigate and leverage state-of-the-art, multi-channel communication technologies to keep all stakeholders, including donors and fundraisers, informed, engaged, and closely connected with OMF.
  • Craft a strategic roadmap for advancing digital outreach, engagement, and service delivery across all platforms. Identify costs, dependencies, and optimize resources for maximum impact.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of marketing Return on Investment (ROI) and develop cost-effective solutions that the team can efficiently implement to enhance fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Embrace a team-player and builder role within OMF's fast-paced startup culture. Make informed and strong decisions to drive cross-functional execution, especially when priorities change or become ambiguous.
  • Actively contribute to the annual master planning process, ensuring the integration of strategic work with operational planning. Create a comprehensive master calendar that aligns with OMF's vision, goals, and mission.
  • Provide oversight for the development of core content and social strategies through collaboration with the content team. Enrich engagement and unlock the potential for content and social-led themes and campaigns that align with OMF's charitable initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading marketing teams, preferably in a charitable or mission-driven organization.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that align with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of the nonprofit sector and a passion for contributing to social impact initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey the values and mission of OMF.
  • Experience in engaging with donors, fundraisers, and diverse community members.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and understand OMF's brand values upon joining.
  • Creative mindset with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.
