Responsibilities:

• Play a vital role in advancing On Mission Foundation's business development initiatives to foster the growth of our transformative platform.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to conceptualize and execute compelling fundraising campaigns that create a meaningful impact.
• Forge strategic partnerships for both online and offline events, expanding our influence and enhancing our ability to drive positive change.
• Actively engage and encourage diverse campaign creators to join our platform, fostering the expansion of our causes and initiatives.
• Lead and participate in virtual meetings, offering valuable guidance to ensure the success of campaigns.
• Take charge of both external and internal communications, facilitating legal and licensing agreements with our esteemed partners, ensuring smooth collaborations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Development Manager or a related role, showcasing a track record of successfully driving growth and achieving targets.
• Possess 4+ years of experience in business development, particularly in fundraising or a related field.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture partnerships, demonstrating tangible results in expanding networks.
• Excellent understanding of the healthcare or fundraising industry, with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating impactful fundraising campaigns and events.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics to evaluate the success and impact of diverse causes.
• Experience in audience and customer persona research, enhancing the ability to connect with donors and campaign creators effectively.
• A problem-solving mindset, adapting strategies to meet the unique challenges of fundraising campaigns.
• Effective time-management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to represent On Mission Foundation professionally and compellingly.
