About the Opportunity: As a Campaign Assistant intern at OMF, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting fundraising campaigns across different themes such as medical, education, and social causes. This remote position involves working closely with nonprofits, beneficiaries, and internal teams to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and nurturing leads for fundraisers, providing consistent support from initiation to closure.
• Communicate effectively with hospitals, educational institutions, and other entities to verify incoming leads and authenticate fundraising needs.
• Support in managing key accounts, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to achieving set targets, enhancing conversion rates, and taking ownership of a pool of fundraisers.
• Advocate for fundraisers by highlighting necessary product modifications.
• Assist in preparing and presenting monthly reports on key accounts, numbers, learnings, and progress.

Requirements:

• Passion for social causes and making a positive impact in the world.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Tamil.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
